Ionian Greek Salad

Dried peas, carrot and onion are harmonically combined with Greek orzo in a recipe coming from the lush Ionian islands resulting in the creation of a delicious salad dish. Enjoy it!

Just empty the contents of the package in 500ml of boiling (bubbling) water and let it cook for 10 minutes; your salad is ready.
