Ionian Greek Salad

Dried peas, carrot and onion are harmonically combined with Greek orzo in a recipe coming from the lush Ionian islands resulting in the creation of a delicious salad dish.

The favorite orzo as it boils absorbs and uniquely combines the sweet tastes of carrot and peas, while outstanding notes of onion complement the delicious scenery along with the aromatic parsley!

Enjoy it! Just empty the contents of the package in 500ml of boiling (bubbling) water and let it cook for 10 minutes; your salad is ready.
